Fasting is an “Act of Love” to God
Fasting is the alone time with God. Many times Jesus withdrew to pray. When we fast, we are to be intentional and with purpose. It is not a lose weight gimmick. It is a revealing of God's will with clarity as we continue to search the scriptures in areas of our life we want to depart from or break into.
